What does WhatsApp marketing cost? +
Two parts. Meta charges a few cents for each message you send, depending on the type of message
and your customer's country: roughly 1 to 6 cents in most of Europe, more for marketing messages to
Germany. Replies to customers who write to you first are free for the first 1,000 each month.
Our set-up and monthly care come at one fixed price, agreed in writing after your free call.
Our general terms are on the pricing page.
What is the WhatsApp Business API? +
The official version of WhatsApp for companies, run by Meta. It lets your whole team and an AI
assistant answer from one number, send order updates automatically, and connect WhatsApp to your
shop, booking system or CRM. The free WhatsApp Business app on your phone can't do that once you
have more than a handful of chats a day.
Can I keep my current WhatsApp number? +
Usually, yes. If your number already runs on the WhatsApp Business app, we can connect it to the
platform so you keep your chat history and can still use the app on your phone. We check your number
on the first call.
Will my customers find it spammy? +
Only if the messages are spam. We message people who said yes, we start with updates they're
waiting for, and every message has to be worth a reply. WhatsApp watches how customers react and
limits businesses that annoy them, so quality protects your number too.
Is it GDPR-compliant? +
We set it up that way. Customers opt in before you message them, we sign a data processing
agreement with you, and you decide what's stored and for how long.
What is conversational commerce? +
Selling through a conversation. Your customer asks, chooses, books, pays and gets their updates in
one chat, usually on WhatsApp, because that's where they already spend their day.
Do I still need my website? +
Yes. The chat is one more way in. Run both side by side and keep whichever brings more orders
for each campaign. Your AI assistant also learns from your website.
Does it work in German and Arabic? +
Yes. We write and run your chats in English, German and Arabic, and the AI answers each customer in
the language they wrote in. Our founder is a native Arabic speaker, so the Arabic is checked by
someone who reads it.
