Why is there a minimum term? +
Because nothing meaningful shows up in four weeks. Ads need data, funnels need traffic, and a
workflow needs a month of real use before you know if it holds. Three months is the shortest
honest answer. After the minimum it's month to month — no annual lock-in, ever.
Which tier should we start on? +
If you have people who can execute and just need direction, Foundation. If the plan keeps
stalling because nobody owns it week to week, Performance — that's most companies. Transformation
is for when you'd otherwise be hiring a senior growth lead. Moving up mid-term is fine and we
credit the difference.
Are the hours a cap or a target? +
They're the commitment, not a meter. We don't bill in six-minute increments or send a warning
when you're near the limit. The hours tell you how much senior attention the tier buys; if a month
runs long because something broke, we deal with it.
Do we own what you build? +
Yes. Ad accounts, analytics, automations and documentation are in your name from day one.
There's no proprietary layer you keep paying to access, and nothing to migrate if we part ways.
A system you don't own is a system you can't rely on.
Who actually does the work? +
The person you meet on the intro call. Not a strategist for the pitch and a junior for the
delivery. That's the constraint the whole model is built around, and it's why the tiers are
priced by senior attention rather than headcount.
What if it isn't working? +
You'll hear it from us before you notice it yourself — the monthly report shows raw numbers,
not a curated dashboard. If we don't think we can move your business, we'll say so on the first
call rather than sell you three months to find out.
